Dr. Jacobson is a Board-Certified, Fellowship trained, neurologist specializing in Movement Disorders. She completed her neurology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio Texas, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive neurological care. She then pursued advanced fellowship training in Movement Disorders at the Mayo Clinic, refining her expertise in complex diagnostic evaluation and advanced therapeutic management of movement related conditions.
Dr. Jacobson specializes in the diagnosis and management of a wide spectrum of movement disorders, including:
- Parkinson’s disease and atypical parkinsonism syndromes
- Essential Tremor and other Tremor syndromes
- Dystonia (cervical dystonia, limb dystonia)
- Huntington’s disease and other hereditary movement disorders
