Dr. Prabhdeep Singh is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained clinical neurophysiologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based neurological care with compassion and precision. With more than two decades of clinical experience, he specializes in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of disorders affecting the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles, while emphasizing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
After earning his medical degree from Government Medical College, Chandigarh, Dr. Singh completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Connecticut, followed by a Neurology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology at UT Health San Antonio, where he developed expertise in electrodiagnostic testing and the evaluation of complex neurological disorders.
Dr. Singh is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. His clinical interests include stroke, neurocognitive disorders, headaches and migraine, sleep-related neurological conditions.
